I read with interest the article concerning the six Inmans that were removed from a USAir flight in the Twin Cities. The removal and subsequent detention was caused when they stood to pray after boarding. The Inmans bemoaned the ignorance of Islam by the passengers and the airline personnel.

I found the incident understandable from a passenger and airline perspective and the anger and frustration within the Muslim community alarmingly ignorant. The Arab street has yet to forget the Crusades but we're suppose to forget 9/11 and all the terror since. Sorry. Not this time.

This is a faith whose leaders predict the destruction of Israel, deny the Holocaust ever happened, and teach the killing of Americans in their schools. The fact that they have no problem killing innocent people and themselves in the name of Allah in the most brutal ways imaginable would make me wonder if they were praying because this was their last flight. Duh!

9/11 has changed the world, and not for the better. Regardless of your politics, the president is right about the Middle East. They are not going to stop. They have the fastest birthrate in the world. They know time is on their side.

They count on us tiring of the fight. For the most part, we have ... or so it seems. For shame.
